1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the services of Verdant Heritage Farms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our services are intended solely for commercial agricultural entities and estate vineyards.

2. Service Limitations & Agronomic Liability

While our regenerative methodologies, including our Bio-dynamic Topsoil Aeration Cycle, are based on proven scientific and historical practices, agricultural yields are subject to environmental variables beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, regional pest migrations). Verdant Heritage Farms cannot guarantee specific brix levels or harvest volumes.

3. Intellectual Property

Site-specific seed blends, proprietary aeration workflows, and custom microbial inoculation plans remain the intellectual property of Verdant Heritage Farms until fully executed on the client's estate.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, specifically pertaining to agricultural contracting within the Willamette Valley jurisdiction.
